Beatrix Jahnel-Féret is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office and a member of the Corporate practice.

Advising Mercedes-Benz on the restructuring of the group with counsels in Germany/coordination with the French group entities.

Advising CNP Assurances on the restructuring of the French activities of the group with counsels in Spain.

Advising Louis Berger on the European restructuring of the group with counsels in the UK, USA and Spain.

Advising NXP Semiconductors on the merger with Freescale Semiconducteurs France and follow-up restructuring jointly with counsels in the Netherlands.

Advising Alltech on the acquisition of the French subsidiary of Keenan Systems in the farming/nutrition sector jointly with counsels in the UK and Ireland.

Advising Honeywell on a cross border merger and following up the restructuring of the group in France.

Corporate assistance to Bristol Myers Squibb with respect to the setting up of its foundation in France and follow-up.

Advising Lennox International, Inc. on the sale of its European commercial HVAC & refrigeration businesses to funds managed by Syntagma Capital, alongside counsels in Germany & French group entities.

Assistance with cross-border merger-absorption of PSA Bank Germany by Opel Bank (today Stellantis Bank) in coordination with councels in Germany.

Assistance with merger-absorption of Sogefinancement by Franfinance, companies of the banking group Société Générale in France.

Advising Orthofix on corporate governance and conversion of its French subsidiary.
