Malte Ingwersen has extensive experience in M&A transaction for private equity clients. He provides comprehensive advice to domestic and international private equity investors in connection with investments or divestment processes, including re-investments (including minority participations), roll-overs, shareholder agreements and management participation programs.
He furthermore advises on general corporate matters and corporate (re-)structuring measures. He was listed as one of Germany’s Best Lawyers in the area of private equity by Handelsblatt in 2024. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, he was a member of the private equity practices of two other renowned international law firms.
