Hubertus Weber advises on German and European competition law. He represents clients in merger control proceedings, cartel proceedings and abuse proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as in cartel damage litigation before the German courts. Hubertus also helps clients handle antitrust compliance issues and conduct internal investigations.
Hubertus studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. He trained with international law firms in Munich and London as well as the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels. Prior to joining our firm, Hubertus was a scholarship holder at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
