Sherry's practice focuses on advising sponsors, investors and other market participants on a range of private investment fund matters. She works on fund formations, fund restructurings, and secondary transactions. Her work also includes maintenance of fund entities and related corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Sherry earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
