She represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, education, pharmaceuticals, and entertainment. Jacey litigates in various federal and state courts, and represents her clients in all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, trial, appeals, and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jacey was an associate at an international law firm in New York, where she gained experience advising domestic and international institutions on matters related to shareholder derivative actions, contract disputes, Title VII class actions, and a variety of white-collar criminal charges including fraud, insider trading, theft of trade secrets, and violation of privacy laws. Jacey also served as a law clerk to the Honorable George B. Daniels in the Southern District of New York.
