A key focus of her work is handling cartel and abuse proceedings before national competition authorities and the European Commission, including preparation for subsequent damages claims. Additionally, Giulia assists clients with complex merger control proceedings and in the defense and enforcement of antitrust damages claims. She also advises on the implementation of effective antitrust compliance systems.
Giulia studied law at the University of Heidelberg and King's College London. Before joining Hogan Lovells, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, with placements at international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and at the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg in Mannheim.
