Massimo Giordano is an Associate in the Banking and Loan Finance department in Italy.
He specialises in domestic and cross-border acquisition (including LBOs) and real estate financings, acting on both lender and borrower side. He regularly assists a wide range of clients including domestic and international corporates, banks, private debt funds and private equity sponsors.
Massimo graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, in 2018 and spent a semester at the Universitat de Barcelona as part of an Exchange program. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he gained valuable experience at law firms in Rome and Milan.
