Our 24th session will be on "Strategic, co-ordinated and cost-effective patent litigation in Europe and beyond – key considerations for integrating Unified Patent Court (UPC), non-UPC, and national approaches to maximise the chances of success (Part 2)".
This is the second of a 2-part series, and Dr Frederick Ch’en, Stanislas Roux-Vaillard, Gertjan Kuipers, Dr Benjamin Schröer and Giovanni Ghirardi will give you presentations from a practical, strategic and comparative perspective. In particular, the speakers will provide their insights on how Japanese companies may benefit by effectively blending and combining procedures before the newly-established UPC with appropriate processes before the national courts, especially in France, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy.
