Global Co-Head of REITs, Cristina Arumi, will be participating as a speaker during PLI’s 27th Annual Real Estate Tax Forum on the “Real Estate Investment Trusts- What’s New in the REIT World” panel.

The panel discussion will present an overview of the latest developments in the use of REITs covering the areas of:

  • Advising clients on the specific challenges REITs might face when debt markets are tight
  • Conducting transactions with REITs in a tax efficient manner, identifying issues and traps
  • Preparing to satisfy the REIT distribution requirements in a variety of transactions
  • Taking advantages of green energy incentives

The Forum will take place on 3 February 2025 both in person in New York, NY and virtually via live broadcast.
