UPC Invitation - How to be successful in Proceedings before the UPC
The Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court, the biggest change in European patent law since the adoption of the European Patent Convention (EPC) 50 years ago is now only days away. The new system will entail newly designed proceedings – both for infringement and revocation actions. It is essential that users know them and understand how to make best use of them.
During this seminar, we will address in particular the following topics:
- Overview of the proceedings
- Proceedings for infringement action
- Particularities of negative declaratory action
- Particularities of revocation action
