The launch of The Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) has been the biggest change in European patent law in 50 years. 

This June we are celebrating the court’s first anniversary and we would like to take a look back on these past 12 months and share some of our insights. Our European Patent Litigation team has been at the forefront of the newly established court, gaining first-hand experience across a large number of cases.
