2025 Brands Seminar - AI and the death of trade marks
Our annual UK Brands Seminar will take place on Thursday, 3 July. Our guest speaker, Professor Dev Gangjee, Director, Oxford IP Research Centre will discuss 'the death of the trade mark', exploring whether AI will bypass brands by getting all the information directly; and what is the future of the mark as an information heuristic for consumers?
Our expert IP lawyers will further discuss relevant case law and related issues.
The seminar will be followed by a cocktail reception on our roof terrace and a vibrant menu of seasonal dishes to end the evening.
