Eric Paroche advises companies on all antitrust aspects of their business. Through his diverse practice in many industry sectors and his past experience at the Directorate-General for Competition at the European Commission, Eric is able to look at issues from all angles and put forward workable solutions. He provides strategic advice to companies on how to take into account merger control constraints in their overall acquisition strategies. He assists them in their filings with the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and other competent authorities, including in North and South America, and Asia.
