Enrique is counsel in our Madrid Office’s Corporate and M&A department. Enrique is a lawyer with eight years experience focused on corporate governance, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions. Occasionally, he has also advised clients on financings and certain regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Enrique worked for a major Spanish law firm, where he regularly advised listed and non-listed companies on corporate governance and corporate restructuring matters as well as industrial companies and private equity firms on M&A deals.
Representative experience
NH Hotel Group on the sale of Sotogrande to a joint venture incorporated by Cerberus and Orion.
Corporate restructuring of Metrovacesa through (i) three share capital increases and (ii) the incorporation of Metrovacesa Suelo y Promoción through Metrovacesa’s partial spin-off.
Corporate reorganisation of certain entities of Grupo FerroAtlántica for the purposes of preparing them for a potential sale.
