Elena Wiese


Elena Wiese

Elena Wiese advises on all aspects of German and European competition law. She focuses on cartel damage claims before German courts as well as on merger control proceedings, cartel proceedings and abuse proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission.

Elena studied law at the University of Münster. During her legal traineeship in Düsseldorf and Washington, D.C., Elena gained wide experience in antitrust as well as in intellectual property law. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis concerning know-how protection at the University of Münster.

Elena is an associate in our Düsseldorf office and a member of the association Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. and of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
