Dorina Bruns advises German and international clients from various industries on internal investigations and issues of corporate compliance.
She assists clients on various issues of criminal liability including the support in the defense against criminal law charges in various countries. Dorina has experience with all aspects that relate to the implementation of internal investigations, including conducting interviews, fact-finding and the development of defense strategies. Moreover, she advises clients on submissions to criminal prosecutors and communications with the regulators.
A further focus of her work is advising German and international clients as to the implementation of compliance requirements, including Business Partner Compliance. In this context Dorina also worked in the compliance departments of a globally operating DAX 40 company as well as of one of the worldwide leading aerospace and defense companies.
During her legal training at the Higher Regional Court Munich between 2009 and 2011, Dorina worked, inter alia, at the District Court of Kempten and the Public Prosecutor's Office of Kempten.
