Dr. Dominik Lang focuses on national and international companies on the negotiation and implementation of M&A transactions of all types. He also advises on joint ventures, reorganizations and general corporate law issues.
Dominik graduated in law from the University of Bayreuth. He already deepened his knowledge of M&A and corporate law when he worked for us in the Corporate/M&A practice group during his legal traineeship and while working on his PhD thesis on a corporate law topic focusing on family businesses.
