Maggie Dombrowsky advises public and private companies on corporate transactional and corporate governance matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Maggie has experience representing private and public companies in a range of industries, including health care, life sciences, technology, industrials, automotive, and defense. Her transactional work has included both domestic and cross-border experience with mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, dispositions and divestitures, joint ventures, partnership and strategic alliances, and private equity transactions. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Maggie worked as a corporate associate in the New York office of a global law firm. Maggie was an evening student at Georgetown Law, and, while pursuing her legal degree, she worked as a law clerk for an emerging healthcare company and as a student honors intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance.
