Julia Dingeldey advises German and international clients on private M&A transactions and public takeovers as well as on all aspects related to corporate law, including investments by institutional investors and family offices.
Her advice focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and restructurings in the financial services sector (banking, payment services and other financial services) and in other industries (e.g., real estate, industrial, automotive, retail and consumer products).
Julia studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz with a focus on tax and corporate law. During her studies she worked at the chair of commercial and business law as well as in the tax law department of a large international company.
Prior to joining our firm as an associate in 2023, Julia completed parts of her legal traineeship at our offices in Frankfurt/Main and New York.
