Myles DePass helps advise public and private companies on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public securities offerings, and securities law compliance. He began his Hogan Lovells career as a summer associate in 2016.

While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Myles participated in the Business Law Scholars Program and was a member of The Tax Lawyer. During his third year of law school, he was a legal intern for the DC Prisoners' Project division of the Washington Lawyers' Committee. Continuing in his commitment to prison reform in the DMV area, he now assists with a pro bono case for the Maryland Juvenile Lifer Parole Representation Project.
