Connor Day is an intellectual property attorney who leverages his scientific background to help clients protect, manage, and commercialize innovation across complex technologies. 

His practice spans oil and gas drilling equipment and fracturing additives, optical systems, medical devices, algorithmic cancer vaccine selection technologies, specialty chemicals and their applications, and more. Drawing on this technical breadth, Connor drafts and prosecutes U.S. and international patent applications, helping clients translate inventive concepts into valuable patent assets.

Connor also advises on patent portfolio strategy and conducts patentability and freedom to operate analyses. His experience includes performing patent due diligence in connection with potential acquisitions, as well as handling agreements related to the acquisition, development, licensing, and monetization of intellectual property.
