Christian Knoth advises on all matters of banking and finance law. His areas of expertise include national and international acquisition finance, leveraged finance, investment grade finance as well as general corporate finance.
Christian Knoth studied law at the University of Bielefeld, completed a Master’s program at the University of Leipzig and served his legal traineeship in Wiesbaden. Since 2019 he has worked for us as a research assistant in the capital markets law team and is working since 2022 as an associate.
