Jason Chohonis advises clients facing government and internal investigations, civil litigation issues, and international arbitration disputes.
Jason has helped clients navigate risks related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, external auditor investigations, and complex civil litigation.
In addition to serving as the Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal, while in law school Jason gained valuable experience with a series of externships and internships at the SEC, DOJ, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, with the Honorable William M. Ray II. Jason also served as a student attorney with Emory's International Humanitarian Rights Clinic, working on matters related to Guantanmo Bay. Jason's commitment to pro bono work has carried over to his work at Hogan Lovells, where he has worked with numerous clients facing asylum proceedings.
