Eva Campione is an Associate in the Corporate M&A team based in the Rome office.
Eva regularly assists both Italian and international clients in all phases of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. In particular, she is involved in due diligence and coordination of M&A transactions in the negotiation and post-signing stages.
In addition, she has developed experience with reference to supporting ordinary compliance activities of listed and unlisted Italian companies. Eva’s experience has been gained working with clients, from commercial companies to private equity funds, operating in several industry sectors such as automotive, diversified industrials, e-commerce, food & beverage, life sciences, TMT, insurance.
Eva graduated with honors in Law at University LUISS Guido Carli and joined Hogan Lovells in 2018.
