Rachel Buff advises clients in the food, beverage, and consumer products industries on issues related to labeling, advertising, agency enforcement, and food and product safety.

Rachel is committed to helping clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). She also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she has experience representing clients in immigration, incarceration, and custody matters. 

Prior to law school, Rachel worked as a trade consultant for an organization partially owned by the Swedish government, assisting emerging Swedish consumer products companies in their transition to U.S. markets. Before arriving at Hogan Lovells, Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as a Senior Judge for the Legal Practice Program and an associate editor on the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
