His background as an electrical engineer allows him to bring a rare perspective to the table with insight and experience to assist clients in solving commercial, technical, and legal challenges in order to successfully achieve their goals – whether it is an M&A transaction involving an international portfolio of assets, structuring new and innovative joint ventures, investments in new technologies, or the development and financing of energy projects in emerging markets.
