Beth Sheehan

Beth demonstrates a well-rounded view of the pensions industry and the issues facing our clients, from advising both trustees and employers of UK pension schemes. She is an associate in the Pensions Group in our London office. Beth qualified as a pensions lawyer in 2009 and has a wide range of experience advising both trustees and employers in relation to occupational pension schemes. She also has experience advising local authorities and contractors in respect of public sector pension schemes, such as the NHS and Local Government Pension Schemes.

Representative Experience

Beth has advised both trustees and sponsoring employers of defined benefit pension schemes in relation to scheme mergers.

Advising trustees of occupational pension schemes on their duties in respect of benefit changes and scheme closures.

Providing day-to-day advice to pension scheme trustees on member complaints, changes to legislation and scheme documentation.
