Marc Berninger advises national and international clients on all aspects of patent law. His main focus is on patent litigation in the fields of engineering/technology and telecommunications. Marc also advises in litigation in connection with standard essential patents (SEP) and other aspects of FRAND obligations.
Marc studied law at the Humboldt-University of Berlin, specializing in corporate law. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad in Ireland at the University College Dublin, where he has gained experience in intellectual property law. As part of his legal traineeship, he already worked at Hogan Lovells’ IPMT practice area in Dusseldorf and Tokyo.
