In fact, Alberto assists some of the most important Italian and international tech companies in the fields of regulatory, policy, litigation, and advocacy, on an Italian and EU level. His focus is on ISP liability, freedom of expression online, copyright, AVMS, platform and media regulation.
His extensive knowledge and proven track record, allow him to support clients on the overlap between commercial and intellectual property law, including on the digitizing of traditional products, launching new product lines and relationships with technology providers.
Thanks to his previous experience as Associate General Counsel in a major international tech company and his solid academic background, he works hand-in-hand with his clients to make a real difference in the fast-changing technology landscape.

After graduating from the University of Trieste, Italy, Alberto earned an LLM at Queen Mary, University of London and a Ph.D. at the University of Milan.
