Alberto is deeply experienced in the fields of Internet, Media, and IP Law. At Hogan Lovells, he assists some of the most important tech-companies in the fields of regulatory, policy, litigation, and advocacy, on an Italian and EU level. Alberto’s focus is on ISP liability, freedom of expression online, copyright, AVMS, platform and media regulation. Alberto currently works with the group of Technology and Telecoms led by Marco Berliri and has worked as Associate General Counsel in a major US-based tech company.
After graduating at University of Trieste, Italy, Alberto earned an LLM at Queen Mary, University of London and a Ph.D. at Statale di Milano University. He regularly teaches Internet Law in various Universities and has published a number of articles in the field of TMT and IP.
