Sneha's practice focuses on advising and defending corporate clients. Sneha has case management and trial experience and handles all aspects of litigation, from the pleading stage through the post-trial phase. 

Sneha has represented clients across a range of industries including consumer products, automotive, and technology sectors. Sneha's pro bono practice includes seeking domestic violence restraining orders for low-income clients, asylum support for refugees, and protecting the rights of individual prisoners.

Sneha received her J.D. from University of California, Davis, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor's Board, Trial Practice Honors Board, Family Protection Clinic, and a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure. 

Representative experience

*Represented corporation in consumer product liability actions involving product advertising and manufacturing. Served as key trial team member and helped secure complete defense verdicts.

*Represented a technology company in nationwide litigation involving addiction related claims. Developed deposition materials to prepare for taking and defending key corporate witnesses. 

*Represented a global company against lawsuits related to vicarious liability. Drafted and participated in a mock trial to provide client with strategic insights and guide settlement assessment. 

*Matter handled prior to joining Hogan Lovells.
