Atussa Salehnia advises national and international clients on all aspects of patent law. Her main focus is on patent litigation, in particular with regard to the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnological industries.
Atussa studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, having previously completed the first state exam in medicine at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg. During her legal clerkship, she already gained experience in advising life sciences clients in our Hamburg office. Afterwards, she worked on her PHD on a biomedical law topic at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the same time gained experience in patent law in an international law firm with a focus on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
