Artem Vesdenetski provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies, in particular in the areas of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital as well as in general corporate law matters. Artem specializes in the negotiation and implementation of all types of M&A transactions, including venture capital and private equity.
Artem completed his bachelor's degree in law in 2015 at the National Taras Shevchenko University in Kiev, Ukraine. He then obtained a Master of Laws at the same university and continued his studies at the University of Augsburg. After completing his second state law exam, he joined our firm as an associate in February 2024. He deepened his international expertise through his master's thesis, in which he compared heritable building law in Ukraine and Germany. He also expanded his knowledge in the field of M&A while working as a research assistant in our firm.
