Elena Apopei focuses her practice on cross-border M&A, private equity and group restructurings and has more than 10 years of experience. She advises international clients on complex transactional mandates, including acquisitions, share capital operations, corporate governance and corporate reorganisations, with a particular emphasis on multi-jurisdictional private equity structures.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Elena worked for major international law firms in Luxembourg and Romania.
