Ángel focuses his practice on civil, commercial, corporate law, real estate, project finance, M&A, economic competition, and European Union law. He advises local and international companies in the commercial, industrial, and service sectors, as well as multinational retail corporations and department stores.
He provides to real estate developers and investors in Mexico with innovative legal strategies that enable them to successfully achieve their commercial goals. He also advises companies in the establishment and operation of Mexican subsidiaries and provides legal counsel in shareholder disputes.
Ángel is an undergraduate and postgraduate lecturer at renowned Mexican universities, including Universidad Panamericana, Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad de las Américas, and Universidad Anáhuac. He is an active member of the Barra Mexicana de Abogados, one of the three main Mexican bar associations.
