Based in Mexico City, Andrea focuses on a variety of corporate transactional and contractual matters. She advises Mexican and foreign corporations in a range of industries (food and beverage, mining, and entertainment), including on due diligence, mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructures. She has acted as co-leader in several projects, from the due diligence phase to the negotiation of transactional documents and post-closing actions. She advises international companies interested in investing in the Mexican market.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Andrea worked as an associate and as a law clerk at another Mexican law firm for nearly eight years, where she advised a range of clients, including multi-national corporations specifically in matters related to capital markets (initial public offerings).
