Lena Al-Marzoog advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters. She began her Hogan Lovells career as a summer associate in 2015.
Lena helps clients navigate complex matters such as public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law compliance.
During law school, Lena served as a Managing Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and the Treasurer of Virginia Law Women. She was a Cowan Fellow in the Human Rights Study Project and completed over 100 hours of pro bono work during her time in law school. Lena currently maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on domestic violence prevention and awareness.
