Sue is a litigation associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, encompassing contract disputes, class actions, and multidistrict litigations. She also has experience representing clients in regulatory and internal investigations, as well as in matters of international arbitration.
Sue is passionate about community service and maintains an active pro bono practice, taking on a number of matters in the areas of civil rights, criminal justice, housing, and immigration. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Sue was an Analyst at Accenture.
Represented a private equity firm in bringing fraud claims against the sellers of an acquisition, litigating simultaneous actions before a federal district court and the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Represented an American company in an ICC arbitration involving breach-of-contract claims across several agreements regarding the operation of its chemicals plant.
Representing clients in matters of regulatory and internal investigations and compliance in the corporate sector.
