Being a member of our IPMT practice group, Adrian Rudert provides comprehensive advice on patent law – with a focus on patent litigation. Since the beginning of his practice, he has been closely involved in the preparations for the UPC Sunrise Period.

Adrian pursued his keen interest for litigation already during his studies by participating in the international Willem C. Vis Moot Court, thus gaining valuable experience in handling complex disputes. He was able to further deepen his skills during practical study periods at a renowned commercial law firm. In addition, Adrian was honored by the Hessian Ministry of Justice for his exam performances.

During his doctoral studies, Adrian worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Comparative Law and Private International Law of the Goethe University Frankfurt. Thanks to a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service, he also had the opportunity to conduct research on commercial law issues as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Toronto.

Adrian completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, acquiring further practical experience through his work at an international law firm.
