Raising capital through crypto platforms – an alternative for (digital-first) businesses?

on Wednesday, 19 July 2023, at 6.00 pm.

Together with our panelists, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with token-based (debt) financing in compliance with the recently introduced German Electronic Securities Act (Gesetz zur Einführung elektronischer Wertpapiere – eWpG) and take a look at the process of getting (off-chain) assets investment ready. Which business models are best suited for such financings? What are the (regulatory) challenges to be met? Where do we see the market going at this point?

As the other sessions of our HL Digital Finance Dialogues, this panel discussion will take place in our panoramic Frankfurt office (and alternatively online – but we hope to welcome as many of you as possible on site). The language of the discussion will be German.
