As a counsel in our Intellectual Property, Media and Technology (IPMT) Group, Yu-An specialises in representing multinational companies in procuring, protecting, enforcing, and commercialising IP rights in China.

Yu-An has broad experience in advising on all major aspects of IP protection and litigation, including copyright, brands, patents, trade secrets and unfair competition. He also regularly advises on complex IP and technology-related transactions, and assists multinationals on drafting and negotiating IP licenses and commercial agreements. Over the years, he has acted for a diverse range of IP owners in the region including consumer brands, and technology, health care, gaming, education and toy companies.
