James Adams combines adaptive thinking and practical advice to assist his clients through complex debt financing transactions. James regularly represents both borrowers and lenders in a variety of domestic and cross-border, secured and unsecured finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow deals.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, James worked in the New York office of another international law firm. He received his J.D., cum laude, from American University - Washington College of Law in 2010 and graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2007, where he received a dual B.A. in history and government.
