Laz Zamora advises clients on complex civil litigation matters.
Laz has experience defending class action lawsuits and multidistrict litigation at various stages of litigation, as well as arbitrating contract disputes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing immigrants, survivors of violent crimes, and veterans and their families.
While in law school, Laz served as an executive editor for the Georgetown Law Journal and as a law fellow for the First Year Legal Research and Writing Program. He also gained valuable experience as a student attorney for the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he drafted and filed briefs on various criminal and immigration issues in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Laz brings over five years of public policy experience to Hogan Lovells. As a policy analyst at a D.C. think-tank, Laz previously worked with members of Congress and various stakeholders to enact legislation and reforms across a range of policy areas.
