Her practice focuses on handling complex disputes, regulatory compliance, among others pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2oo1, and conducting thorough investigations, with a focus on delivering strategic solutions in challenging environments.
Marina graduated in Law with honors at the University of Padua in 2022. While pursuing her degree, she spent a research period abroad at the Katholieke Universiteit of Leuven, focusing on her thesis. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Marina gained valuable experience in internal investigations and compliance matters, providing legal opinions on both judicial and extrajudicial matters at an international law firm.
