Betty is an associate in our Restructuring and Special Situations practice in London. She has a wide-ranging practice advising on all aspects of domestic and cross-border restructurings and formal insolvency processes, including experience representing bondholder committees and investors in complex cross border restructurings.
Representative experience
Advising credit funds in the ongoing multijurisdictional enforcement of over US$150m of outstanding debt with Ukrainian port operator G.N. Terminals Enterprises.
Acting for Ares Management in connection with the provision of acquisition debt facilities to an automotive group.
Advising debt fund on refinancing of the Fortenova group's €1.2bn existing facilities via a secured private note issuance.
Advising the lenders on the restructuring of facilities provided to the Gaucho Group.
Acting for the senior lending syndicate in relation to the debt restructuring of a major UK housebuilding group.
