Hanna Wynn focuses her practice on corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions. She began her career at Hogan Lovells as a two-time summer associate in 2020 and 2021. Hanna delivers high-quality work and service on complex transactions and strives to understand the evolving needs of her clients in dynamic industries.
Hanna values fostering a diverse and inclusive legal profession and is a member of the firm’s Denver Inclusion Committee. While in law school, Hanna was Vice President of the Black Law Students Association and participated in a program designed to assist students in preparing for legal interviews by conducting mock interviews and reviewing application materials. She also served as a 2021 Marshall-Brennan Teaching Fellow, where she taught Constitutional law to students at a local Denver public high school and helped a number of her students become finalists in the state-wide Moot Court competition.
While pursuing her legal degree, Hanna completed legal externships for the Honorable Judge Don Toussaint and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Additionally, she served as an articles editor of the Colorado Technology Law Journal, where her note analyzing Name, Image and Likeness rights for NCAA student athletes was published.
