Michael Wu represents industry-leading technology companies in complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to his legal career, he earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and worked in the semiconductor industry, supporting the deployment and operation of advanced test equipment in California, Taiwan, Korea, and China.  Michael joined Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2024.
