Chloe is an Associate in the International Arbitration practice in Hong Kong. 

Chloe received her Bachelor of Laws undergraduate degree at The University of Hong Kong. She then received her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.

Chloe first joined the firm as a winter vacation student, where she gained insight into the Construction and Engineering and the Equity Capital Markets practices. She then returned to the firm as a trainee, rotating seats covering transactional practices in banking and corporate as well as contentious practices in commercial litigation, construction and engineering as well as international arbitration. She completed her training contract in August 2022 and joined the International Arbitration team in Hong Kong.

Chloe speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Representative experience

Advising a cinema operator on court proceedings against a landlord in relation to the termination of lease and return of deposit.

Acting for a multi-national main contractor in an arbitration against its foundation subcontractor.

Acting for a multi-national heavy industry conglomerate in relation to disputes arising from the design and construction of a central processing facility for an LNG facility.

Acting for a leading pharmaceutical company in HK Court and arbitration proceedings on disputes regarding the final account, involving issues relating to claims for EOT and prolongation costs.

Acting for a main contractor in defending court proceedings brought by its sub-contractor for alleged outstanding payment.

Acting for a contractor in an arbitration with the property management company relating to disputes on the final account for renovation works of a private residence.

Acting for a decoration company in an arbitration with the incorporated owners relating to disputes on the final account for renovation works of a residential building.
