Hannah Wohlfarth advises German and international companies on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and other corporate transactions as well as joint ventures and restructurings.
Hannah studied law at the University of Augsburg, specialising in medical law. Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2023, she worked for another international law firm in Munich.

Advising Fressnapf, the leading European retailer of pet supplies, on the acquisition of a shareholding in Fressnapf Group by Cinven.
Advising Bencis Capital Partners on its acquisition of Heytex Group, a manufacturer of high-quality and functional technical textiles, from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and funds advised by them.*
Adivising shareholders of Johannes Martens Spedition on the sale of their shares to an acquisition company of Auctus Capital Partners and a subsequent re-investment.
Advising Vision Healthcare on its acquisition of AixSwiss BV, a probiotic nutraceutical supplement provider.*
Advising HR Group GmbH & Co. KG and its majority shareholder, capiton AG, on the sale of RENO Schuhcentrum GmbH as well as the RENO online business and its assets.*
Advising Fresenius Kabi AG on the sale of Fresenius Kabi plant in Halden, Norway, for the manufacture and supply of pharmaceutical products and medical devices to HP Halden Pharma AS.
