Daniel Winkler is a policy advisor in Hogan Lovells’ Washington, D.C. office, and a member of the firm’s Government Relations and Public Affairs practice.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Daniel served as Senior Advisor to former U.S. Senator Kyrsten Sinema (Independent-AZ). In his role, Daniel provided strategic political and policy guidance to the Senator, also serving as a liaison with business leaders across multiple industries.

Directly following his graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, Daniel began his career as a legislative aide for then-Congresswoman Sinema attending meetings with advocacy organizations and government agencies to gather feedback for key policies.

Daniel’s strong background in economics, digitalization, and emerging technology continue to inform his work on key policy issues related to Technology and AI.
