Rebecca Wilton is a litigator focused on helping clients navigate complex civil litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, and has represented companies in disputes across a wide range of subject areas, including antitrust, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), consumer protection, and constitutional challenges.

Rebecca also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on supporting survivors of domestic violence and protecting the nation's public lands.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Rebecca served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Minnesota Journal of International Law. She was also awarded the William B. Lockhart Award for Excellence in Scholarship, Leadership, and Service.
